Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the digital product "The Viral AI Content System" sold under the brand DERGOUSOV. Please read it before purchasing.

Digital product — all sales are final

The Guide is a digital product delivered with instant access. Because it can be fully downloaded and reviewed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once access to the product has been provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access begins immediately and, where legally applicable, you agree to the commencement of delivery and waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content once the download has started.

The one exception

If you complete a purchase but do not receive access to the file you paid for, you are entitled to a full refund. To request it, contact us at maximdergousov@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your payment details. If we are unable to deliver the purchased file to you, we will refund your payment in full.

Chargebacks

If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us first at maximdergousov@gmail.com — we will always try to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be treated as a breach of these terms.

How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by lava.top. Where a refund applies under this policy, it is issued through lava.top to your original payment method.
